A beautiful example of Japanese artistry of the time....these figurines were all hand painted.

PLEASE NOTE: These are small bisque porcelain birds with a flat finish painted in soft subdued sophisticated colors....not shiny or garish colors...some photos appear a little more intense than in actuality (mentioned only for thoroughness to let the buyer know these are soft matte painted finish)
