The Piero Fornasetti L-shaped bookends are decorated with a red-ground and a musical instrument pattern known as the Strumenti Musicali in red and gold.
Mark: The base with red felt stamped with the Fornasetti mark in gold of hand and brush with Fornasetti. Milano/Made in Italy.
Dimensions: 8 inches tall by 5 3/4 inches wide by 5 deep inches
Some minor rubbing with no gold missing but more matte. It appears a lot worse in photos than real life!
