- very good - Minor wear consistent with age and history, the wonderful thing that I like about this piece is … morevery good - Minor wear consistent with age and history, the wonderful thing that I like about this piece is the repaired rat-hole, they obviously had little money when it was discovered, (during the revolution, or one of the numerous wars) so, they nailed a piece of tin over the problem and left it. I love details like this. It shows the piece was loved and cared for, maybe not in the way you or I would, but in the way they could. However this is easily repaired by any good craftsman and we can have that done here in our workshop. less
