This one of … Read more Vintage mid century hand sculpted ceramic bowl / tray, from Louis & Ines Italian Ceramic's personal collection. This one of a kind piece was hand designed, sculpted, painted, and glazed by Luigi. Luigi was a well known artist who moved to America from Italy and started a company with his childhood sweetheart Ines. This piece is shaped somewhat like a leaf and has beautiful indentions in the center divider section of the bowl. It is painted in green and blue and finished with a smooth glaze. The undersize is signed and marked 57 for the year 1957. Beautiful unique piece with a great history - ultra 1950s look! Good vintage condition.
