This is an original croquis (fashion design) that was from Nina Ricci's 1990 Spring/Summer haute couture collection. The reverse side has documentation noting the provenance as well as a description of the design. The design showcases a sleek black sheath with a lace bustiere and a rose red knotted bow. The white organdy shawl adds the finishing touch to the elegant design. Note her bracelet and up-do hairstyle! . Croquis such as these were often sent to private clients as invitations to the season's runway show and were also given to the press as well. The design is printed on thick paper stock. It is clean and pristine. .8 x 8 inches in size. Comes matted in a white 16 x 20 inch custom mat which works with a standards size frame. less
