Traditional sensibility meets effortlessly chic in this distressed vintage Persian Joshegan rug. The intricate botanical design and muted earthy hues woven into this piece work together creating a rustic yet refined look. Taking center stage is a stepped central lozenge medallion patterned with a cross motif. An allover pattern composed of tree of life of motifs, stylized florals, millefleur cross motifs, and floral vases cover the antique-washed field. It is framed with an elaborate geometric border flanked with an inner and outer triple guard border. Emanating understated elegance with relaxed familiarity, this distressed Persian rug will charm with ease in any nearly space wanting a traditional, handwoven and relaxed, elevated feel such as American traditional or even rustic cabin.
