This is a delicious blue floral theme dish.
It comes from the French majolr & guerin majolica factory. The model is Eglantine Rose. The entire dish is covered with flowers. The dish has a deep dark blue blue and lighter blue on it. The edge is bordered by triangles that seem stylized hearts among the bunches of flowers.
The manufacturer's brand is printed in blue on the back. The manufacturer's brand is very blurred and difficult to read.
Dates back to the late 1800s.
