The design using Sqraffito technique featuring a mermaid, shell, lobster, fish in a beautiful high glaze in shades of blue, Art Nouveau style with a Japanese influence. European, 1898, 17 inches tall. There is a hairline crack in the glaze in the making of this vase, at the bottom of the neck. Signed and dated on bottom. See less
