Clock features a mahogany case, bonnet with pierced fretwork joining three plinths supporting brass ball and steeple finials. Arched dial door flanked by fluted full columns with brass stop fluting. Paneled molded pendulum door. Sides of trunk with fluted quarter columns with brass caps and brass stop fluting. Pendulum door with base panel with string inlay resting on ogee bracket feet. Painted dial with four spandrel areas decorated with floral designs. A rocking ship is located in the moon phase area that rocks back and forth with the swings of the pendulum. Signed on the face "aaron willard" boston. The movement is constructed in brass and is good quality movement made by juach of germany. Plays westminster chimes on the quarter hour, and strike on the hour with shutoff option.

Condition report: clock is in good condition with some scuffs and scratches as expected with usage.
