The bouillotte lamp in the form of a shaded candelabra was placed on the bouillotte table and used for playing the French card game of Bouillotte popular in the 18th and 19th century. I got this from a retired antiques dealer. The casting is particularly nice with birds heads supporting the bobeches. See less
