The artist was playing with line and color while painting, and the verticals started reminding her of people starting far apart, then coming together. This acrylic painting is on gallery wrapped canvas. It is initialed on the front and signed on the back, and has a UV protective varnish. It is in a black wood floater frame, which is wired and ready to hang.
Laurie MacMillan has enjoyed numerous awards and solo exhibitions, and has had pieces selected for over a hundred juried group shows. Her work is held in personal and business collections across the U.S., and in Canada and England.
