Each photo in the collection … more This lot of antique photographs were purchased long ago at a Florence, Italy flea market. Each photo in the collection has a haunting quality. All but one subject in the vintage photography portraits stares directly into the camera. The one that does not, is an infant, smiling, laughing and holding its foot.

This collection of antique photographs would make a charming decor accent on a writing desk or console table.

There are five (5) photographs in the lot, a first holy communion photo, mother (or grandmother) in mourning dress holding an infant in christening garments, two young girls with worldly stares, and the smiling infant holding its feet which is label "Formato Margarita."

Taken between the late 1800s and the early 1900s, the photographs are in good vintage condition showing wear consistent with their age and use.

The largest photograph (first holy communion photo) in the lot measures approximately 6" x 4". less
