It sits on four turned feet with a base cabinet, work surface, and gallery shelf. It is hand painted in a faux finish style to look like it has wood graining. The shelves and interior cabinet have a salmon paint color. The edges and other details are added with gold colored paint. There is an inside latch on the left door and a lock on the right door. It comes with a skeleton key, but the lock does not turn or lock. The piece has much honest patina and wear from a lifetime of use. A fabulous storage piece for any room of your home.
