As you know, Maitland-Smith is known for their quality craftsmanship and materials, and this piece is no exception. The light fixture is made of faux bamboo metal stalks with 3 mosaic glass shades. I believe the metal is bronze. It's solid/heavy and has a warm patina in spots. The shades have a mosaic look with designs of bamboo leaves on the outside and a sandy look on the inside. It's perfect over a kitchen island, dining table or pool table. Works great! less
