"I've been interested in capturing my beautiful mountain surroundings for years on canvas but in a fresh or abstract way.

On a run one day, I noticed this unique snow pattern. It was spring and I was looking for fun compositions. Painting all of the bare branches was a challenge but I learned a lot in the process. I hope you enjoy this little moment found in my mountain home."

This is an original oil painting. The edges are painted, although not as in detail as the main surface. less
