This item is vintage and salvaged from a home renovation. It was taken from the ceiling and was a working fixture when retrieved. They have not been re-tested. These pieces have been lightly cleaned with a wet rag, but need a deeper clean. Please see photos. Some roses have small chips as well. Otherwise normal vintage wear and tear.
