This lovely Toby Jug / Character mug is made of porcelain. This large mug is stamped as being made in 1988 by Royal Doulton in England and was designed by Stanley James Taylor, see pictures. This piece is titled "City Gent", item number D6815, and it features a depiction of a well-dressed man in a black suit, white shirt, and grey tie with a matching black and grey hat, the handle is in the shape of a grey umbrella.
The measurements are: height=7 1/4" width including handle=6 1/4" depth=4 3/4" approx.
