The screen feels traditional, … more Here is an incredible folding floor screen that features intricately carved wood details with upholstered panels. The screen feels traditional, Victorian/Edwardian but the colors make it work for today's interiors! The first 6 photos show one side, the front while the next 5 photos show you the reverse or the back. As you can see the outer panels are upholstered with a yellow velvet textile while the center panels showcase a floral, tapestry-like textile. The panels are trimmed in a rust velvet trim. The wood carved details at the tops just really make this screen special. Each of the panels has two carved wood finials - unfortunately two finials are missing. Also, I'm not sure if two of the panels were repaired with small wood pieces to the arch detail - you can see this in the 11 and 12 photos. Only those small wood pieces on the left hand side look a little darker. I cannot confirm but I wanted to point out this small detail.
