Body is chrome plated metal and seat and back are upholstered in a bright yellow vinyl. Arms have a Lyra shape and chair is comfortable and swivels smoothly. Vinyl shows few small cuts and some light wear due to the age, but no large stains or large cuts. Metal mechanisms underneath shows oxidation (shown in pict) but not noticeable, unless from a very low position.Chrome plating shows some pitting and small oxidation spots, worst parts on bottom of arms (also shown in pictures). less
