Has nicks and dings, an age crack on the top which does not jeopardize the integrity of the table. One of the leaves has a crack all the way across. When we examined it, we noted that it was professionally repaired and not in any danger. Well proportioned and versatile, it can be used as wall-console, sofa table or, with both leaves open, as breakfast or luncheon table. Two turned gatelegs swing out to support the dropleaves. Very sturdy and heavy.
