A surreal graphic linocut in colors on paper depicting a full moon over feather reed grass by Polish artist Zygmunt Czyz. Hand signed in pencil on the bottom right with an annotation of 18/30. Published in 1986. Zygmunt Czyz is considered one of the greatest Polish contemporary artists, and at the same time one of the most significant linocut artists in the history of Polish graphics. One of the leading representatives of the Polish art of New Figuration. He has over 40 individual exhibitions in Poland and abroad. He took part in over 50 national exhibitions of painting and graphics, 60 international exhibitions and exhibitions of Polish art abroad. Zygmunt Czyż's works have been published in many prestigious biographical publications and his work can be found in countless private and public collections around the world.
