The upper part has a trap door with drawers behind and several compartments. The boxes are entirely made of wood and are sturdy, and all boxes have small knobs as handles. When the hatch is folded down, there is a good depth and a good work surface for both laptop, crafts, sewing machine etc. .

The lower part has four wide drawers and they too have a good depth and hold plenty of storage. The boxes are very stable and are completely wooden and fresh. Mogensen's characteristic handles are on both trapdoors and drawers

The secretary stands on a leg stand with round, tapered legs.

Like all Mogensen's furniture, it is of very fine quality and is a fantastic piece of craftsmanship that never goes out of time.
