It is a top piece from the early Biedermeier period. The chest of drawers was manufactured around 1815 and consists of a spruce body that is veneered with walnut veneer. On the sides of the chest of drawers there are spirally veneered posts. The front of the chest of drawers is curved. The locks and fittings are original, old cast glass. The surface is polished by hand with shellac and applied with a field. The chest of drawers was completely restored. less
