(Mistress) Prow .. (1868-1945) of a woman picking grapes. It is great condition, sitting in it's original frame. When framed, some of the edges were trimmed - when removed from the frame, I see that some writing had been cut, part of the signature as well. . The painting is dated 1919. The artist is well known for her landscape and floral works and this is a rare one as it is figurative.

The painting hung in my family home in Liberty MO in the early 60's. As my parents moved, so did this painting.
The frame has lots of gesso/gilding chipped but I like that it is the original.
