Description: Vintage silver plated Melon tea/coffee set including 6 pieces - teapot, coffee pot, sugar with lid, sugar bowl (no lid) … more Vintage silver plated Melon tea/coffee set including 6 pieces - teapot, coffee pot, sugar with lid, sugar bowl (no lid) and creamer. Hallmarked 'Melon Sheffield Design Production by Community'. Interesting detailing on the top finials with a pomegranate on a stem. Unsure if handle on the teapot and coffee pot is wood or a resin - Made so can serve without burning your hand! Handles are heat resistant. All in very good shape, with 1 dent as pictured on coffee pot. In a beautiful melon shape with scalloping sides and embossed feet. All pieces are paw-footed.

Left with heavy patina for character. Can use silver polish to bring back silver luster.
