The figure is modelled from an intricate welded patchwork of brass & copper sheet. Lion has glass eyes.
No signature, but this is fairly common with the metal Bustamante sculptures due to polishing over the years.
This large and impressive sculpture has signs of wear with patina to the metal, dings, and is missing a few toenails but is still an imposing & rare piece. The metal can be polished to a high shine- but I'll leave this to the discretion of the buyer. I have official proof of authenticity such as vintage catalogs,
