The elementary design Slice … more Orange Slice model 437 in brown Ploeg fabric designed by Pierre Paulin for Artifort in 1959. The elementary design Slice easy is derived from “two orange Slices”. This is a more rare early eddition from the early sixties with a nickel frame. We have reupholstered this armchair with new foam and De Ploeg fabric (Monza-Melange 73). The condition is therefore very good again. Dimensions: h x w x d = 68 x 85 x 82 cm and the seat height is 39 cm. Material: Nickel, wood and fabric. Source: Ztijl Design archive.
