Circa 1900 with a velvet outer mat and velvet inner mat around an oval window. Framed by egg and dart detail and backed by a velvet panel with a back stand and wall hanging rings. Original velvet, now threadbare but in very strong and useful condition. The measurements are 4.6" by 7" tall. 2.75" by 3.75" inner rectangle and 2.25" by 3.25" oval.
