Circa 1972 San Juan Capistrano Mission oil painting on artist canvas board by listed artist Mildred Ames Waters (1898-1991.) Born in New Sharon, Maine on January 22, 1898. Mildred moved to Riverside, California in the early 1920s. In 1943 she settled in Laguna Beach where she opened a gallery. Signed "M. Waters" lower left. Bio on verso. Included are the new antiqued gold wood frame and hardware/wire. Dimensions: Artwork, 8”L x 10”H; including the frame, 12.5”L x 14.5”H. Excellent condition!
