At one time he was most likely sitting on a base that as since disappeared or been removed but he rest on his back easily. Attributed to Richard but a signature was most likely on the base and since that is missing I have no proof of that and I cannot see any signature on the piece. If you look up Mr. Jolley’s work you can see the similarities of his work in this piece. This is a shelf piece and certainly a conversation starter. Bright chartreuse with orange stripes….. No doubt he will make you happy just to look at him!! See less
