Prolific in the 1980's thru the … more Modern abstract prints by noted aboriginal artist Graham R. Biggibilla, signed, numbered and stamped. Prolific in the 1980's thru the 1990's. These pieces were created in 1996. Of noted interest for you car aficionados, Biggibilla was commissioned by Porsche in 1998 to design and paint a Porsche 911 to celebrate Porsche's 50th anniversary in Australia. The car now resides in the Porsche museum in Stuttgart, Germany on permanent display.
Getting back to the prints. Features aboriginal imagery of native plants, birds and animals drawn in abstract detail. The print with the lavender background is numbered 6/600 and illustrates Emu's. The other with the blue background is numbered 256/600 and features Duck Bill Platypuses. Both are signed Biggibilla '96 and have a red stamp by the signature. Prints measure 28 1/4" wide by 24 3/8' tall. They have been professionally framed, double matted and protected with non-glare glass. Both appear to be in excellent condition with no detectable blemishes. less
