From the "Flamminian" line, comes this sublime, near double gourd form vase featuring the understated foliate circle design in subtle relief, highlighted by dabs of a more purple glaze, that adds a little contrast to the red ground. Very sophisticated.
Measures 7.75"x 4"x 4". Minor handling wear of scattered tiny scuffs/scratches, no chips or cracks. Signed W Moorcroft and Liberty & Co within the foot. Undated. less
