This magnificent antique Persian long Malayer wide runner, bears a beautiful, all-over geometric design paired with a delightful palette of tera-cotta, various gray-blues and a cream. The central field is filled two large geometric medallions with a dazzling display of various palmettes, acanthus leaves, and tulips. The central border contains a string of branches with alternating acanthus leaves, palmettes and small flowers. This rug beautifully illustrates the splendor of Persian design through its color, pattern and size. less
