Large and lovely, this … more An antique white figural filet lace bedcover or tablecloth with two large monograms and Mythological scenes. Large and lovely, this stunning piece measures 124” long and is 82” wide. Each square measures 8” by 8”. The entire piece is finished off with a wide band of lace. The monograms appear to be “AHH” and are placed in the large center panel.
This fine textile is ready to grace your dining table, bed, or could be used to drape a window. It recently was checked by a well-known textile repair company and a few small repairs were undertaken. It was cleaned carefully. It is in very good condition considering the age of the piece and shows beautifully. There are a few tiny areas where the stitching is worn, all in accordance with age and use.
