Takahashi San Francisco Mid Century Modern Tea Bowl from a very mid century home in Lubbock, Texas. It is stoneware. The interior of the bowl has 3 distinctive designs. The exterior also has 2 distinctive patterns. The original owner was an architecture professor who studied with Alice Schille as an undergraduate. It is from a home was to be featured in Life Magazine. The article was pulled because of the assassination of President Kennedy. I have represented many things from this home. One of the interior panels appears to have design inconsistency (see photos). I believe it to be as made or intentional. It is 3" tall with a diameter of 5.25".˜ less
