Numbered on the lower left, edition 6/40 print. The state of preservation is good. Andre Roland Brudieux was born on 14 February 1921 in Saint-Moreil, from 1939 he began to work in etching. Brudieux was part of the last group of the Surrealists around André Breton and participated in exhibitions with the surrealist group in 1950. He began to also work in woodcuts and steadily he also became famous as a writer who participated in all the great Parisian salons. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
