The name is from train stations in Berlin along the S41 line, which runs clockwise.
15 buckets were prepared: Colour was determined by rolling 2x 6-sided die to select from the various tubes; violet, green, red, magenta, turquoise, yellow. The ratio between these tubes was decided by a 12-sided die.
A length of 120cm was divided and layed out at the start of “race track”, this happens to be about the same length as one wheel rotation on the bike. A 12-sided die was rolled to select where each of the 15 buckets should be poured from along the 120cm section.
Finally a 12-sided die chose how many times to pass over where the buckets had been poured (how many laps to do on the bike). 1 would mean no rotation and a straight line from entry to exit. less
