Born in 1969 in Vitebsk, Byelorussia, Yacov Feldman studied at the Art College in Vitebsk and later at the Academy of Textile Design in Vitebsk. He immigrated to Israel in 1990. He had solo exhibitions in Paris, Jerusalem, and Santa Fe among others and participated in group exhibitions in Tel-Aviv, Jerusalem, Los Angeles, Paris, and Hague. less
