It features a walnut ase with open walnut shelves and three closed units with brass fittings. All wooden parts are in very good original vintage condition with only some minor wear due to their age. A perfect highlight to any midcentury modern living room, office or library! it´s provenance is directly from a viennese villa, villa pertl, which was designed by haerdtl in 1957. So this outstanding book case is a rare unique and important piece of austrian postwar design history. Lit.: a. Stiller: oswald haerdtl, vienna 2000, wv 344.
