On March 3, 1961, in Geneva, Anna Karina became Mrs. Godard. Two years earlier, she had refused to appear in Jean-Luc's first feature film, Breathless, because she would have had to appear naked.
But then she starred in The Little Soldier, and they would make eight films together.
