Perfect for display or as an attractive desk accessory for paper clips or other small items. Of smooth hardwood with a slightly curved top, dovetail decorative detailing on each edge of the lid. No maker's marks.

Very good vintage condition, hinge works as intended, no wood checking. Minor wear appropriate to age.
