Very basic styled table, minimalist. Perfect for a small apartment or studio. table leaf fold up, and top slides back and the leaf is stabilised on the table frame. Legs are bolted on for easy detachment for transportation.

Size: 44 1/2” wide, 31 1/2” deep, 28 1/2” tall, with one 19 3/4" by 31 1/2" leaf. Totally opened the table will measure roughly 63 1/4" wide.

Condition: Very good overall condition, some sun fading to the overall colour, the leaf has very little sun damage. The top with the leaf up has a colour variant. Use and wear marks from age. One very very small veneer nick on the top. see pictures. less
