I have some exciting news to share. Effective April 15th, we’re making it even more attractive to list and sell more valuable items on Chairish. Items purchased on Chairish for more than $2,500 will now put more dollars in our sellers’ pockets than ever before. The program works on a sliding scale, rewarding you with greater payouts as the value of a sold item increases. Our new plan works as follows:
Our objective is simple: we want to be your partner of choice and make Chairish the #1 online destination for design lovers. For the past several months, we’ve heard from many of you and the feedback has been clear: we love your site and would love to list higher end items with you. Thanks to our new commission plan, Chairish is now the most lucrative online platform to sell fine furnishings and decor.
While our commission structure has changed for the better, the basic hallmarks of the Chairish selling experience remain unchanged. No subscriptions. No listing fees. Newly approved items typically are listed in 72 hours or less. Sellers continue to have access to industry leading online storefronts, marketing, payment, fulfillment and reporting capabilities.
INTRODUCING THE VAULT
In conjunction with our commission rate change, we’re also building out a special “Vault” section of Chairish for discerning buyers to discover the finest items we have on offer. Going forward, expect more improvements that make it easier for Chairish shoppers to discover and purchase distinctive items across a broad range of price points.
Since we started, our goal has been to create a marketplace where our incentives are tied with our community.
