When you’ve spent the past ten years transforming peoples’ lives the way Lisa Robison and Kim Turner have with their nonprofit Dwell with Dignity, you deserve a celebration that takes down the house. With that in mind, our Chairish co-founder and president Anna Brockway traveled to Dwell with Dignity’s home base of Dallas, Texas recently to host an unforgettable fete for the company’s tenth anniversary. Held at the city’s chicest new private club, Park House, the party drew local designers and tastemakers for an evening of feasting, reminiscing, and toasting to many fortuitous years ahead! Below, see inside the stunning get-together, and be sure to check out our interview with the ladies of Dwell With Dignity here!
Pretty in Pink
The Salon room at Dallas’s buzzy new social club Park House provided the perfect backdrop for an unabashedly pink moment. Mirroring the room’s glamorous mix of traditionalism and sleek modernism, the table scape integrated both acrylic and glass elements, which played beautifully off the pink napkins and florals. Acrylic “ghost” chairs with French detailing helped to further marry the modern-meets-traditional theme.
Chic Takeaways
Along with a personalized note from the ladies of Dwell With Dignity, each guest received a wood and marble cutting board and a custom made Yeti cooler to tot home after the event. Given that Dwell with Dignity is devoted to outfitting homes in functional, family-friendly design that doesn’t compromise style points, the gifts felt perfectly hand-chosen. Each attendee was also gifted a deck of Chairish Print Shop notecards, making the act of giving thanks all that easier.
